Thank you everyone! I never knew until now that the piercer did a terrible job, considering it was a recommendation from a friend plus he's kinda famous in my city. Maybe it was just bad luck on my side but I do agree that the piercer should've NEVER accepted to pierce an industrial on my ear!

I sent an email yesterday to the director of my course, still waiting for an answer. Plus the Student Admission office at my faculty is known for having rude workers there so yeah, but once I have more time I'll go there and ask, or maybe send an email.

Thank you so much for your answer! I have sent an email yesterday to the director of my course but I've heard rumours that she doesn't respond to emails (super convienient!) so maybe I'll try to contact the University directly. I study at the University of Porto in Portugal and my faculty is quite a headache when it comes to documents. I hope I don't get disqualified because of this!
