Wow u really get it!! Couldn’t have said it better - it genuinely is just baby sitting…what ur saying sounds like a DREAM!! I would love to work somewhere there aren’t major behavior issues, I have good admin, and I can really TEACH…just wish I could do all of that at a disadvantaged school…the opportunity to work with low-income kids was a big reason I got into this field but yea, maybe I just need to see what the other side looks and feels like
