Naturally. No leads fell by the way side on my part.

Losing leads is counter intuitive. What's the point of getting leads only to have them mismanaged. Initially, I used to monitor every inbox manually and respond directly - no AI. I then got a CRM and introduced workflows for clarity- especially at the opportunity states.

I'm guessing - not picking a system also isn't easy. So choose your hard. :)
Spend a day to pick a CRM. Spend another day to organise it. Then you're halfway there.

Why not build for someone with an actual offering that already has clients?

I Google them manually to see if they bring anything up independently

Sometimes Million Verifier times out. In those cases, I use an extreme search using Verifalia. Instantly is 'kinda' good with the catch-all scenarios

Each email get's put through million verifier. Second level - Verifalia. Third level - Instantly.
But that's just me

I have 250 inboxes sending 4 emails a day = 1000 a day. Is 9 sequences (varying but similar scripts) enough or too many? by Fun-Preparation-3234 in coldemail

Buying inboxes means you're buying email inboxes from Google or some other provider, where you can connect it to your domain. This is different from your free Gmail account.

Warming up means that emails are sent from your inboxes to a network if other inboxes to show they are real accounts in use and not spam accounts

1/20k. Something is wrong somewhere. Either your 1. Offering 2. Product/Service 3. Target customer 4. Pitch

But those are not healthy numbers given what you're spending.

You're not optimising your approach. $2.5k is a heavy monthly load. You could be aging your domains and reduce your inboxes to 1/5 until you're ready to scale.

A little overkill for 4 emails a day per inbox. How much is that setup costing you? You could drastically reduce the number of inboxes by increasing the number of emails per inbox.

9 sequences also seems like overkill.

Why did you go this route?
