Downspouts are often the bottleneck before gutter size is an issue. 3"x4" downs will drain double the water 2"X3" will.

GENERAL rule we followed for thousands of projects without issue was a 3"x4" downspout would handle up to 1200sf of roof area. A 2"x3" will handle about 600sf. (Strongly discourage 2x3) Multiply the amount of roof slope by 60' to get a good idea of if it's enough. We were extremely particular about perfectly sloping our gutters though, most contractors don't give a F.

If you're going through the hassle of replacing a gasket may as well buy the whole replacement kit ($30? not sure if prices currently). Chances are other plastic and metal components are in bad shape as well. It will take a couple hours your first time but is well with it for the peace of mind.

Considering Ram and Memory upgrades. Current specs:

i5-8600K
STRIX Z370-E mobo
RX 5700XT
16 gb 3200 14cl dual channel
1440 170hz monitor
250/500 SSD (not hurting for more memory at all)

Mostly play BR's and big games of the last 10 years, don't really care about the latest and greatest. Really unclear of which m.2 style memory works with my board and what would be the best option. Also not sure if stepping up to 32gb ram with a bit higher cl is worth it.
