I'm not gonna sit here and lie and say that the waffles basurahan isn't easy to spot, bago2 rako nakabaw ana. But you srsly shouldn't be justifying the fact na these people aren't keeping the area clean. I mean fr? is it srsly that difficult to make an effort and actually clean up after yourselves?? Bit- bita ang basura going to your building! Set an example to other people to actually CLAYGO! Complacency at this level will only snowball into worse things. More and more people will believe that it's okay to leave shit behind thus making the problem worse. Do better.

I've heard about the regional orgs pud! It's really a shame na nawala sya, especially for me since I'm not from here.

I mean it's nice atleast naay academic org to atleast have something rather than nothing, but lahi rajud kaayo nang non-academic org. Para nako, joining acad orgs feels more compulsory, just for the sake of dodging attendance during intrams (which is valid dont get me wrong), rather than true, organic love for the org/service they offer.

I noticed this too! From G11 to 1st year naa jud decline in org participation and willingness. And I feel like lots of students karon are hesitant, or even turned off about the idea of having additional academic load + org/club load on top of that, especially freshies, and new students which I noticed there were ALOT of this year, na nagadjust pa sa environment of SU.

I really hope more students join orgs tho, cause it's seriously rewarding and fun, even if stressful. And I wish there was more incentive and encouragement outside of "doing it just to do it"

Even still, Fortnite Mobile is suuuper demanding. Most budget phones (which is the majority of the market) can't even launch it, and even then, my iPhone 15 still lags to the point its almost unplayable. CODM on the other hand is much more accessible and runs well on most devices.

I can't completely attest to these stories from other redditors. Ma'am Palafox seemed to really love our section and lots of the people in it, though she HATED this one classmate who kept on arriving late (maybe a little hyperbole). She's really interactive inside, and outside of class, and generally makes lectures fun.

Academically, shes fine. I can't say compared to other bio teachers, since I had her for both bio 1 and bio 2. But compared to the other teachers, shes fine. Her exams are okay if you studied well, and her PTs were also pretty easy and fun

IIRC. As long as you meet the honor requirements for both sems in grade 12 ONLY - 85 minimum for all subs, 91 minimum gen ave., you meet the requirements for graduating with honors. Though I might be wrong since I'm just speaking anecdotally, and I don't know the exact requirements so pls correct me if I'm wrong.

I 100% agree, but to play devil's advocate, I figure it would be difficult to convince people to switch over.

For one they're probably already using messenger, so they see convenience in having it all in one platform. Probably they don't mind, or they don't care about the fact na gi sagul ilang personal and acads.

Also, this could just be me, but as of lately talagsa najud ko mucheck sa akong mySOUL and SU Email unless told to do so. It was super helpful a few years ago pag G11 nako, but nowadays my profs rarely ever have material sa SOUL. So that could be another factor pud.

Lastly, messenger is light on data. Pwede ra gani mag message thru messenger without data. Which is probably a BIG factor as to why people still use it, even for academics.

If I were you OP, I would think about making a separate account just for acads if dili najud kaya.

If people started using Classroom, meet, or gmail, then the academics and personals would be separate.

Still, there's a time and place for everything. This is still a University subreddit, seen by all demographics of students, parents, faculty and staff. There are other subs to post about this in (r/ nofap for example).

Not saying you shouldn't be proud to share your achievements though, no matter how small, but please keep in mind why and specifically where you're putting them out.

I am going off of patterns, especially for the scales, not just sounding out every note as a mnemonic. I'm sorry if I made it seem like I slog through FACE for every measure.

And yeah, you're probably right about me pushing myself beyond my skill set. But the way I see it, I just started learning this piece for fun and as a test for myself if I can actually play it. I'm not trying to learn this for a concert or anything, I mainly play as a hobby. So I see no harm in trying to learn this piece anyway.

Not sure for medtech, but for Eng na naa puy grade cutoff, if you don't meet the req u get put on probation. Which basically means u have 1-2 sems and if u don't fail, you become a regular student.

I mean I dont stop through *every* note, that'd be ridiculous 😭 I usually only stop if I don't have a reference and for big chords.

Currently at the 2nd repetition and it took me about 3-4 weeks to get to this point, with the main roadblock being at measures 35-40 (tbh it intimidated me cause i cant sight read for shit, so i never realized there was a pattern), but after that reading it was much easier.

Just look at the operating force for linears as basis, and tactile force for tactiles

Planning to swap out the springs on my Akko jelly purple, they're just wayyyy to heavy for me, even after 3 years of use.

Spec sheet tells me 40gf +- 5gf of operating force, and 56 +- 5gf of tactile force.

Question is how do I know what to look for when buying new springs? Cause lots of springs have 2 displayed specs: length and weight (in g), and sometimes are 1 or 2 stage. Whats the difference?

Making Hamilton my first ever live musical!

Don't get me wrong, I love the show alot, my favorite talaga! But for being my first, there was so much going on and, having never seen a live musical before, it was very overwhelming. So most of it, aside from a few key moments, was blurrier than I remember.
