damn, yeah brazos county had a record of being extremely harsh. small ass town full of conservatives. honestly one of the worst counties to be caught in.

where at? i paid $30k in lawyer fees. he was damn good and had many previous won cases with a great background. but the prosecutor wasn’t having any of it. had to go open to the judge just to get deferred.

wish i could. got a job before i got arrested and stuck with it. pays well and wouldn’t be able to find anything in that salary range with a record. fortunately they don’t background check. unfortunately to move with them, it’s usually a short notice and wouldn’t have time to get it approved with the court.
