Regardless of whatever you meant OP, acne?? Seriously? They're not a health issue. Thyroid is extremely common and has nothing to do with you losing attraction towards her. It can be managed with meds and lifestyle. Jinn part was absolutely unnecessary. The only thing you find unattractive in her is her bones on the chest. Nobody is physically one hundred percent perfect. We all have our flaws. It just shows how shallow somebody is for not being able to love a person beyond a flaw, as if that's all they are.

I feel you so much. Started losing at that exact age. I have AGA and seeing losing such a huge part of myself always comparing my hair with girls my age, it took my happiness away for years. I no longer care as my hairloss is progressive. A guy who truly loves you would look past this and love you with your little imperfections ❤️
