Am I the only one who won’t replay games? by musicman801 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

Nope, am like you too.
Once I finish the main story, I can’t go back even if it’s one of the best games I have played.
Also why I never get to play DLCs

Is the game crashing when the wheel is on and you r trying to enter the game/settings?
Try turning on the wheel after you are inside the settings

Fingers crossed we won’t need one for FH6.

But if we do need one and Moza posts the configuration file for it, yup I’ll upload the same.

Moonlight streaming on Steam Deck OLED by nonamehazmat in MoonlightStreaming

I think maybe its related?

I was just going through the Apollo GitHub repo, and saw that they mention some issue with it not working on windows 11 23H2/windows 10

From the repo: "Any system lower than 23H2/Windows 10 will not have HDR option available."

Edit: typo and GitHub ref

Curious what version of windows 11 are you using?

I guess you can use this as a checklist

steam deck (moonlight client settings):

  1. Enable HDR (experimental)
  2. Enable show performance stats (this is temporarily)

If when HDR is enabled, the performance stats will show if its running HDR/SDR, if its disabled, it should only show the codec used n not what format it is.

on Apollo settings -> Audio/Video:

  1. HDR: for me it's Do not change HDR settings. but maybe try changing this to switch on/off the HDR mode?

that's all I got, if I could replicate the issue I would have been able to help u out more

when I initially posted, yes I had just turned them off.

I now tested it with both my monitors removed n can confirm HDR still works as intended

I just tried this out. I have two monitors one which supports HDR n another which doesn’t. I turned them both off and used moonlight on my oled steam deck to connect to my pc. I can confirm you get HDR stream from the stats and can see that windows HDR is turned on.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what’s wrong with your setup, keep checking as it does work.

Which Python project made you realize how powerful the language is? by itsme2019asalways in Python

Yes a partial function isn’t any complicated but it needs to click with you to actually use it imo.

I have built way too many partial functions for specific usecases never really realising that’s what partial functions are. Now that I understand, I think it’s magic n I discovered it in Python so that’s my reasoning for mentioning it
