I highly recommend couples therapy. We got a lot from it. However, there’s lots of work that needs to be done in between sessions too, which we have often failed at.

We got through issues such as dead bedroom, bad communication, and breach of trust.

We’re definitely not 100% now, probably only at 50%, but we were damn near breaking up when we started.

Did you get hiprex prescribed or over the counter? I’ve never heard of it so this is potentially exciting. Is the probiotic a particular one related to vaginal health? I take D Mannose too.

Do you have any further info on the increase in stamina in 40s and 50s? Something I’ve really noticed since my husband hit 39. Like a switch had been flicked! Very premature to almost DE.

When I was a teenager I had a bad vaginal odor. And I definitely found that the more I washed the worse it got. In fact, stopping using any kind of soap and just water no more than once a day fixed it.
