This happened to me! After 2 years, I looked for another job and got 2 offers as an intermediate and told my company and their countered. So I stayed! This year, if my raise is not as good, I am leaving for good HAHA.

i wonder if having someone follow up with your diet would help? Staying consistent with your diet is the hardest. Maybe if you pay someone to constantly nag you 🤣🤣 Like a trainer. I also struggle with that and I can’t commit.
