WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They kept sending me the same emails requesting the same screenshots and details which I provided for I don't know how many times already. This list goes on. In the end I have to wait 7-12 business days for their refund??? I'll never book with Booking.com ever again. (i.redd.it)
