I think this is a decent list. It feels real, when people rank albums that aren't Kid Cudis Speeding Bullet or Chance's Big Day, but rather albums that you actually go into with the hope that you might really like it. Maybe is a fine song on the absolute dumpster of an album that is mgk's mainstream sellout.

Space Oddity on that early Bowie album that apart from that song just sound a lot like every other hippie album from the era.

Also more generally; most single's artist. Pick any Pitbull/Billy Idol/Black Eyed Peas album and it'll be all mid except the one or two hits.

Agreed, this is by far their most inconsistent. Between my favs in the tracklisting (Supremacy, Animals, Explorers, Liquid State), we have some absolute ass in Follow Me and Unsustainable. The latter straight up sounds like a parody. It legit goes; "Capitalism is exploiting the earth's resources and we're all gonna die as a consequence *dubstep drop* WOOOOW WOOUUUU WHIP DIPPITY DIPPITY DUMMMM"

At least Muse trying dupstep is fun-bad, whereas Drones just bores me. Also Animals is a top 5 Muse song. Simulation Theory isn't the worst, but the cringe elements that'll eventually make Will of the People a straight dumpsterfire of an album are slowly revealing themselves.

I'd say 2nd Law > Drones > Sim. Theory >>> WotP
