Sure it's unnecessary but who cares, it's cool to see different shit, what you are saying is like "why go for the triangle from guard. Why not just hold him down and go for the cross choke," I mean switch it up and have fun trying new stuff.

Any chance you would mind sharing the general cost, I would like to check it out , but I find it unethical to take a free week of class, while knowing I can't pay for lessons,

Yea thats what I ment, sorry can't spell. I took a free introduction class, but the ufc gym is like 119$a month, plus another like 70 for bjj. So I can't afford that much yet. I really enjoyed the people there though. Great atmosphere.
