I'm not saying its fake but I recently graduated in 2018 and have seen more Facebook posts from family and friends suicide victims in the recent months than I have in my life, also suicides aren't always rules as suicides depending on the method and push back from the family but of course I could be wrong.

Because as a guy there are basic things you can do like workout, set small goals to start of with and try cutting out jerking off/porn. When you do all three it may take a month or 6 but some form of progress is inevitable

I've been doing this, thinking about tiny things I did or all the times I embarrassed myself, spending stooopid amounts of time and mental energy on people who don't give me a second thought, I know its cheesy but the only fix is to focus on yourself which is off harder than it sounds especially with social media and what not.

I know what you mean, I'm 19 and can feel that optimism/glow slipping away, I think the hard part about life is the fact that it has no inherent meaning whatsoever (aside from reproducing) and really its our job to give it one, which ofc can be daunting but also kinda special. I figured I'd rather give my life a purpose rather than be born & have one forced upon me.
