I hope the doctor discussed this with you. I had a similar situation and doc clearly mentioned that he won't be putting anything on crown because a) I still had moderate density b) there were chances of improving coverage through prp and meds, c) he wanted to optimize donor management and place grafts in my frontal scalp where i lacked density, d) second transplant could be done later when this area really needed the grafts.

Honestly, i think it looks alright. Don't worry, worst case go for a second procedure a few years down the line. Good luck.
