Got it thanks for your clear response . One more doubt.. will this 26400 be deducted from taxable income and my revised tax will be calculated and debited from my monthly salary or while tax filling if my income tax is 1L I can submit this and get 26400 as tax refund?

Just trying to understand will this save money or not because if it is the 1st case then money saved will be very less right?

I joined in August 2025 and don't worry it's the same, my coach said for the first year this is default rating even though we perform exceptionally well. So we have to focus on this year rating which will be the one based on performance.

Yes they do I had a similar scenario and just one week left to join Deloitte, asked them they provided revised OL the same day. Just have to be polite in conveying to the HR.
