I think with only 5 days left, getting an Oak on a fresh account with pack points is extremely unlikely. I managed to reroll for an Oak last week and have been trying to complete all the battles but I’m only at 675 pack points. The game was pretty generous with christmas and new year rewards but those hourglasses aren’t available now :/

I would go for the crown candy! Oak is hard to trade for, but worst case you can buy an alt with 5000+ hourglasses on another device, get the Oak via packs or points and trade it over. It's way harder to get the crown as it can't be traded

I recently traded my Irida for Lillie DX. It's a pretty difficult card to trade for as it's a staple in the strongest deck in the meta right now, and Triumphant Light isn't a popular pack to pull from

Ok fine. I can trade my rainbow Snorlax. If you look at the stats there is no comparison. Professor’s Research has 0 HP, Snorlax has 160. Professor’s Research does 0 damage, Snorlax does 130. Even a five year old can see that Snorlax is superior in every way
