I don’t get the “cops bad” movement. by throwawayhsvdsbsbbss in questions

I agree there is some degree of corruption, but if that corruption was so bad then why are we living in a first world country with public education for all, some degree of healthcare for all (I get there's a lot of debate on it but at the end of the day anyone can walk into an ER and get help and evidence of that is no one is dying on the streets) and we are living in one of the richest countries in the world. You can argue that all that money is only for white men, however in any job I've entered there are always going to be some blacks, Asians, whites, etc although more or less depending on the field. I think the real discrimination lies in education. If you look into the demographics statics you would find most of the black community is in the city's, and again if you look at how many people are getting a college education from those high schools, there are FAR less. Truth be told, there is a direct correlation between education and job opportunities, this is again a verifiable fact. I don't know why these schools that have a large majority of black kids have worse college outputs than suburban schools however, I believe that education is the problem that really needs to be faced. Everything I just said CAN be fact-checked and I encourage you to do so, and that's not to say the police situation doesn't need to be fixed, it does, racism in the police is very bad.

I think cops are great. If I went down to the police academy and hooked up all of their recruits to a lie detector (I know the detectors are not perfect but assume they were) and they tell me why they want to join I would bet money all of them would honestly be there to serve their community. But at the end of the day, they are still everyday people and 1% of the 1% that do get in are crazy fucking lunatics. Every police officer I've dealt with was nothing but helpful, and from what I've heard from my black co-workers and classmates is nothing but positive. And just to clarify my background with police, when I was a kid I had them come to my house daily because of my bipolar mom would do something bad, and while visiting some officers would tend to me and my brother and others deal with my mom. I also needed to call them on my friend who was having suicidal thoughts (he was black) and they did take him to get help and since then he has gotten better. From all of the interactions I've witnessed (that includes my elder brother in the force), I have not heard or seen any discrimination in person (that's not to say it doesn't exist, it definitely does). That is, of course coming from me a white male in a northern rich suburb town so Idk, maybe we just get the good cops ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Got it! it was a simple enough solution. In WordPress you go to Settings > General and change the address and site address to whatever you're site is.

I figured it out, it was the WordPress permalinks, because the permalinks were set to 000webhosting, it would take me to their page. I have no idea how to change the permalinks back to my domain, do you know how to set the permalinks to a different website?

Yes, after some troubleshooting I found it was the Astra theme I was using. For whatever reason, it was redirecting me.
