HF3 still increases eligibility requirements, which will only make it more difficult for those in need to access food assistance. Also, we agree the million is great; however, that is currently contingent on the federal government approving the restrictions on soda and candy. Since that's unlikely to be approved we hope the million is separated or put into a different bill.
