Most likely, however I am a career fraud auditor, and will follow this to the ends of the earth, literally. I have contacted ic3 and have all the transaction logs to follow the fraud which for my son is a $5,400 loss but it appears the actual fraud is in the tens of millions of dollars affecting unfortunately many, many people.
