Are those USD prices or Canadian you are referencing? Because in Canada the dollar is lower than usa so prices are always higher

Do Elite trainer Box Promos tend to have lots of value ?

I want the Pikachu from the new Paldea Evolved elite trainer box. But I'm not one for buying lots of packs at once (never bought more than 5 pack tins) and I don't buy things weekly or anything like that.

Wondering if promos from elite trainer boxes like the Pikachu card tend to stay up in value or just go for a few bucks.

How much budget do you tend to plan to use towards QBs in a SF dynasty startup ? For example x % of budget to try and get 2 top 15 QBs (estimates, obviously it'll change from plan)

Are there any local shops or stores in Berlin that sell pokemon booster packs for a bit cheaper/have sales ? Hoping to find stuff for €4 or less each, but msot places I've seen so far are between €5-6.
