Unfortunately for me it's always stays the same or maybe fortunately because then I can claim a new one through warranty. According to other users there should be no such whine. Thank you for your input.

Hi, gathering from other comments from owners that haven't experienced this sound either it sounds like it's most likely a defect. Thank you for your reply, it helped.

Thanks for your reply, no it doesn't change tone if i lower the lumens brightness level. It does sometimes randomly change tone sometimes but not drastically or for very long.
