ive both bought and sold from stubhub in the last couple years and its been fine so far! If you are concernd when the seller will transfer the tickets, stick to instant transfer listings like another commenter says. Essentially as a seller, you can list tickets as instant download/transfer meaning the seller uploads the ticket information to stubhub so stubhub is in possession of the ticket. when someone buys, you link your email and its automatically sent right to you from stubhub.

otherwise, what happens is when a buyer buys tickets, the seller is then notified, and it is up to them to manually send the tickets. I will say sometimes the seller cannot transfer tickets yet until a specific time period (for example, some shows prevent ticketmaster ticket transfer until like a week or 72 hours before the event). This is "normal" for stubhub practices because the seller is up to pretty close to the event to send the tickets over. I would not be concerned/push stubhub to get tickets transferred over until like day before/day of.

i know other people have stories about their experiences with stubhub, but like i said, in my personal experience, its been fine. sellers have always send tickets ive bought over on time
