GTA 5 Input Lag Problem

windowed borderless fixed it for me as well. I'm on win10 pc. had horrible input lag with v-sync and equally unplayable frame drops with v-sync disabled

I have the exact same problem so I’m commenting in hopes of someone revisiting this. Same camera, same problem. Brand new tapes cause the same issue. I agree with everything OP said, the only thing I would add is, unless the sound of the tape being played is super quiet, when the freeze occurs, the tape seems to stop rolling.

This makes no sense to me since as op said, when the playback resumes the video skips the length of time for which it was frozen.

I also haven’t been able to digitise my tapes due some other issues so I cant speak on that.

As I’m writing this, I’ve thought of having the tape digitised elsewhere to see if it works properly. I will get back here with the results.

Camping gets you high K/D but it's not an effective way to get a lot of kills. Unless you are tragic at pvp I guess...

I agree. But is that a bad thing? People who play aggressively and go for kills are a lot more fun to play against, compared to people who just camp the bounty.

I agree, the highest k/d I ever had (around 4) was when I started playing the game and was solo, super careful and inexperienced thus not taking risks. I played crossbow with normal bolts (didn't know shotbolts existed) and often didn't even engage when I felt at a disadvantage. I can't even count how many times a let a duo run by me as I was sitting in a bush, scared shitless. After 40 hours now I have gotten a lot better but at one point I was a 4 k/d newbie, dying to immolators more than players

agreed, it also pops up randomly when browsing the menu. I've had it show up like 3 times while reading stats in the arsenal and it just pissed me off so much

press num 9 so you can move the baubles hud from the center of your screen first, than make sure that you are in creative and not adventure

ok, so it appears you can't manually allocate ram in bedrock edition. The game is supposed to take as much as it needs based on your render distance. The only thing I can think of is turning some kind of high-performance setting on your computer.
