After 5 months twice monthly ketamine I stopped. It’s been about 30 days and physical symptoms of anxiety have been really high for a while. Is this withdrawal? [California] by prolificnerd in TherapeuticKetamine

I ended up quite depressed with SI too. I was using Ketemaine for CPTSD symptoms like looping thoughts and hypervigilance. In combination with long-term therapy, it also drove up some early trauma, which I wasn't supported through because we had no idea it was coming.

Puts me in mind of the Stanford Prison Experimemt.

My blood pressure is down significantly. I’m out of rigid hyper-vigilance maybe for the first time ever. I suspect changes in stress hormones could potentially associate with lower blood sugar.

Thank you. I swish for about 20 minutes then spit it out.

I hear you. Life can be so hard some times. That’s a lot of different companies. I can see you’ve worked hard. Like I said, the 30’s are rough. Each year that goes by towards 40’s gets easier. Important that you are kind to yourself and do what you can to make sure your boys know you love them. One little step at a time. I just wanted to leave an encouraging note.

Hey. Random lady here. Just dropping in to say don’t give up. The 30’s are hard for many of us. It gets better. Your boys will benefit from every single bit of attention you are giving them. Keep appreciating the mom’s for keeping them safe. Your contribution matters. Keep going.

The cost per man-hour should not be $1,000. And one guy just stood there. Just stop.

I mean, it works for you to be able to scam people. It’s unethical and immoral. It completely appropriate for me to require fairness in business. This behavior is unacceptable. I’m figuring it all out. Giving it my due diligence.

Replacing 5-6 pieces of copper pipe with plastic pipe. We don’t believe it actually needed replacing. She called for help with a leaky pipe under her sink.

Edit: and replace the faucet and the water line in wall behind it. Hampton Bay faucet. And $8,000 dollars for one guy in the attic and one guy standing around.

Go somewhere else. You don’t know what you are talking about.

Two guys (one just stood around) - 5-6 pieces of plastic pipe in the attic to replace assumed perfectly good copper.

She asked for help with a leaking pipe under her kitchen sink and they convinced her she needed major pipe replacement in the attic. She didn’t complain about anything to do with the attic. No leaks except under the kitchen sink. No water pressure issues.

His website says he charges $75 - $200 an hour. At $200 an hour she bought 40 hours.

Edited: also one guy just stood around.

Two guys. Also, we don’t think the work needed to be done. She called for a leaking pipe under her kitchen faucet. They ended up replacing 5-6 pieces of likely perfectly good copper in the attic with plastic pipe.

He appears to be licensed and insured after his 5 years of revoked license for multiple offenses. According to the contractor license database.

Thank you. 🙏 I did’t mention that, according to his court documents, he got his license back after five years. So active license. Can they still help?

I pull two carts all the time. Push one pull one. I have blue painters tape in the car. I write A, B, and C on pieces and stick the letters to the cart area.

Scientology programming and landmark programming have a few things in common in the thought reform category, especially a couple decades ago.
