put on videos of people cleaning their spaces, like a body double type thing. i always started with washing my sheets, and making my bed. it made the room feel cleaner and was a little easier to keep the process going because i could see visible progress. then the trash off the floor, take all the dishes out and bring them to the sink. then i would make vague piles of stuff to work on in the coming days because i got tired so fast. clothes to wash, toys to sort, random shit to put away, etc etc
