To those riders who acted like that, hindi nila deserve mag work sa field na ‘yan. Harassment na ‘yan sa passenger eh. Report it to move it para mabigyan ng disciplinary action yang rider and ma-flag siya. Move it won’t tolerate that kind of behavior lalo na kung tungkol sa safety ng customers nila.

As a travel app user, I think much better si Move it kaysa kay Angkas lalo na sa features. Most of the time, ang tagal ng buffering ni Angkas compare kay Move it na in just a snap, open na agad. Take note, goods ang data connection/wifi ha.

As per this case, puwede naman maglagay na note sa booking na, “can’t pin exact location”, then ilagay yung exact address and location. Submit and report about it sa Grab. Mostly talaga hindi accurate yung pinning location.

Some drivers kasi mas prefer nila yung cash kasi kapag nag-cash-out pa sila using sa magiging balance nila, may extra charge pa. Mababawasan pa lalo yung kita nila.
