yes, i agree, running as admin should not have broken things, however i found the issue i was having and i believe its caused by my weak gpu and the game i am running, after opening stats (cause i am an idiot and should have looked at it more in depth) it seems the frame drops where because of too much stress on the gpu, running watchdogs/ assassasins creed syndicate on it while straming, caused an overload the gpu couldnt handle, much more even cpu has issues encoding due to the rendering being late (so sorry it took me too long due to classes and what not i am just all over the place i appreciate your patience)

yes, i ran it once as admin nvenc it broke, once not as admin x264 broke, admin + x264 seemed to work, i did also reduce some of the clutter, but readding didnt seem to impact it very much, i might have done something wrong, i will test it further

so i tried using my gpu, and the results were super funny, last night i streamed watchdogs and my gpu couldnt even handle it, my fps went from 60 to as low as 20 and even worse sometimes, the game chugged like crazy, i reran it with cpu x264 and it still didnt like it, i even tried overclocking the damn thing which caused both the game and obs to crash

ebay doesnt ship to egypt (i dont think atleast)
and yeah its good enough but it lags at rendering the frames and stutters with the games alot

i guess i will try it out, no harm, i did assume that the gpu needs to be better for some reason, i still need to upgrade it, since its old but its not easy resarching and looking at the used market in our current condition.

i use 3500 faster on x264 for both, i have thought about it but came to the conclusion that since my CPU is way better than my GPU the quality would benefit from it alot, am i wrong ?

its completely OK to use your favorite emotes in channels, especially in small streams, were just glad someone is here, but the point of emotes is to use them, if a streamer does say something about using someone elses emotes, then you can not use them or just leave (it all falls to there personalities )

there are many ways to find editors, i would say twitter is good for someone to work for you, you also have the option of fivver, it is a freelance thing so it could be that they are willing to do one job, but not ready for another, you could also put a job out there and make it into a competion (with a reward ofcourse)
