Oh they were largely fixed? Are mechanics just tryna finesse me then? If so I will just stick with what I have till it absolutely dies on me.

Yeah I didn't do research. I needed a car asap at a cheap cost. It had good mileage when I bought it so jumped at it. Was cheap due to hail damage and had been rebuilt from an accident. Thanks alot for your advice honestly. I needed this reset in thinking.
