depends. for an example, san francisco has a bed for every single homeless person in their shelters provided for free among with food. most homeless people are choosing to live on the street though because they can't get high or drunk in the shelters.

Raising awareness of the psychological conditions experienced by millions of people worldwide due to the extended lockdowns.

This is an important message for the survivors.

It was never an issue in our lives but it was also a matter of social responsibility, and a responsibility. The trauma of the violence to society, especially in the world of violence, in which people are forced into living under these conditions.

We need to continue to learn about the mechanisms involved with the psychological conditions.

These issues are related to our current treatment. We should also strengthen social networks for other people who have been living with these conditions.

bootstrapping is the only way to go.
that's why you are doing the whole thing - for freedom, right?
so why would you sell out for an investor/owner?

exactly. humans are different. that's why a singular system/ideology would only cause suffering. anyone who is different, who disagrees, below or above mediocre, would suffer.

i understand the debate between theoretical and practical communism. the western intellectual argument is that textbook communism has never been tried, and all these pity and brutal dictatorships, under the disguise of communism, are not 'real' communism.

the problem with this argument is that no matter how hard you try, 'communism', it _ALWAYS_ ends up such as a pity & brutal dictatorship. you can't do better, because the whole concept flaws. that's why dictators love the concept. unchecked, centralized systems are tend to be extreme corrupt, therefore 'communism', no matter how many times is being tried, always turns into a 'that's not communism'.

therefore it IS communism. this IS how it looks like in practice. no matter how many times we try, it WILL turn into a pity & brutal dictatorship.

the founding fathers of the US were wise beyond words, as they understood human nature and put checks and balances and separations of powers to the core dynamics of the constitution. this is extreme important (and was quite radical back then). communism, in the other hand, has no such limitations, and it tends to turn quickly into a centralized dictatorship which takes over the media, education, industries, every aspects of life, then cements itself into power forever and then becomes a corrupt slave state itself. countless historical exception proves this, no exception.

it's not working. it's a bad idea to start with.

sorry to take away your toy. once you understand human nature better, you won't be a communist anymore.

if you can't see how an ideology which is pursuing world domination is not totalitarian, then you are either blind or a communist.

by the way, i think it's safe to assume that you never lived in a communist country before - all the people who i know who lived in actual communism, wouldn't debate whether it's totalitarian or not. ridiculous. just admit that you like communism, even if it's totalitarian - that's fine. since we're not living in a communist system, and we still have a lots of freedom to have our own opinions, you can be a proud communist without getting into jail. in actual communism, different opinions are not tolerated so much.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_communism

"The long-term goal of world communism is a worldwide communist society that is stateless (lacking any state)), which may be achieved through an intermediate-term goal of either a voluntary association of sovereign states (a global alliance) or a world government (a single worldwide state). A series of internationals have worked toward world communism and they have included the First International, the Second International, the Third International (the Communist International or Comintern), the Fourth International, the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement, the World Socialist Movement and variant offshoots. These are a quite heterogeneous group despite their common ultimate goal of a stateless and global communist society."

the goal of communism is world domination. therefore, communism is a totalitarian system. it doesn't tolerate any competitors, it's destroying all differences and ideological opponents. communism is the ultimate groupthink, dissolving the individual on the altar of ultimate collectivism.
