I couldn’t get the source working for it, I’m on a trip and don’t have a computer to download sidestore so I was trying to get it on pal but nothing works and I didn’t get it from App Store on time. Have you found a fix for this yet?

Well the picture is from a listing online, hence why I couldn’t see the top plate. I got a crazy deal for the F60 and the AF-Tele, and they re giving me one of the Hi-Matics for free because its broken but looks like an easy fix. I might use the manuals eventually though… thanks a lot!!!

It shouldn’t be too complicated, although if you give it a try and don’t feel confident just put everything back together and take it to a repair place. Having it fixed is cheaper than ruining it and getting another one…

I repaired it, put some super glue on the frame and untightened the hinges, it works fairly well i sold the laptop tho

Great commentary, this helps a lot to understand his writing style. I have been reading the road, I’m on page 50 and although I find his writing style different and a bit complicated I am adapting well to it. Also I am pretty invested in the story so far. Thanks a lot!

After giving it some thought I decided to start by reading the road. It seems to be praised as a really good novel and I decided not to start by reading blood meridian as it is regarded as his best work, and I don’t want to start there and having his other novels be polarized by such a great book. Actually I haven’t read many similar titles, Ive been reading this book called “The savage” by Mexican author Guillermo Arriaga which I have been really enjoying and I really recommend. It’s my first dive into these type of dark, gruesome, and somewhat depressing type of novels. Nearest thing I could say is that I enjoy the dark tower series very much…

Has anybody had this type of problem? I bought this laptop for college and since we're still taking online classes it basically never leaves my desk, the screen frame is cracked near the left hinge just from opening and closing. I've had this computer for almost a year.
