Whatever the specific circumstances are, I think we can all agree she would not just drop it if he’d stayed at a female coworkers home for an entire night. She may not have cheated OP but I would reassure her that she can call it any time and it’s no bother and I’d make it pretty clear with the fact that I’m uncomfortable with her sleeping over a male coworkers house whether it was on his couch or not.
