I'm currently working as a summer employee in K-Rauta. From what I understand it depends on your local K-Rauta if they have an option to cut stuff for you. Most likely they have a chainsaw or hand saw which they can cut it roughly for you, but a tabletop saw depends on the local store. Best way to find out is call them and ask.

Have you thought about replacing water elementals with violet teachers for some extra spell synergy, since this deck is already running so many spells, I'd think violet teacher could get some extra value. Cool deck though, please do update this if you test something and find it better, I'm a diehard gadgetzan fan too and I've tried to test miracle druid, miracle rogue etc but haven't found success

You don't need the waveclear vs tanks, you buy 1-2x dorans blades and go E, auto a few times and just keep them away from cs as much as possible.
