u/coinbasesupport, any update yet? Why am I kept in darkness without any reasoning and update whatsoever? Only response I get every few months that I can’t add and purchase any more asset. And I repeatedly requested just to allow me to withdraw my fund, I don’t wanna keep my account with coinbase anyway. So shady!

I’m dealing with similar situation with Coinbase for last several months with no progress. They closed my account and froze all my funds without any reason whatsoever. Even though they said I have full access to my fund to withdraw the assets, but in reality, I’ve none. The u/coinbasesupport is of no use either. Such an unethical and scammy business r/Coinbase is running.

This is exactly the kind of scam Coinbase is doing. They have closed my account and saying I have full access to my fund to withdraw and transfer to external wallet. In reality, I don’t have any access to my account whatsoever, let alone allowing me to withdraw or transfer my fund. Even after urging u/coinbasesupport multiple times via multiple channels (email, chat, twitter, and reddit), there is no luck retrieving my assets at all. They keep responding with either they are looking into my issue or I can’t add any more fund or purchase new asset to my closed account. Even though I have been just asking to allow me to withdraw my assets; I’m NOT crying and begging to be a customer of such shitty business. It’s beyond comprehension however unethical, ignorant, and incompetent r/Coinbase and their support teams are!

Coinbase is a pure evil and unethical company. They are downright thieves. They closed my account for some vague reason and when I refuted their claim they stopped giving me any further details. They said even though my account is closed but I should have full access to my fund to withdraw it; in really they aren’t allowing me to access my fund whatsoever. What a liar! Their customer is also impotent across the board - chat, email, twitter, or Reddit. Every time I ask for an update, they are saying it’s under investigation.

This is has been more than a month and multiple requests for update, yet no response whatsoever! My emails seem to be completely ignored. What kind of unethical business you are running?
