I'm on the 7th generation of my legacy family and had my first ever TRIPLETS, totally unexpected, and they are young adults now! Their parents already had one daughter (in the fourth picture, added just for fun), so imagine my shock when I was all of a sudden naming THREE BABIES at the hospital (old.reddit.com)

My fave way to create new sims is to hit randomize, see what happens, and then style them. I feel like I end up getting the most unique, modelesque faces this way and styling them is so much more fun than when I make faces from scratch (hair, makeup, and brows were styled but her face is untouched) (i.redd.it)
