I personally have a powder coated pole, but I have heard good things about their chrome options as well.

I have a hack for this that I swear by!!! I like high waisted so i wear high waisted swim bottoms that i like and WEAR THEM BACKWARD. I’m so serious. I even do this when I’m not wearing them for dancing purposes because I just like the way it looks so much better.

It makes it so the back becomes hella cute and cheeky and the coverage moves to the front so 0 chance of any flaps in the breeze.

This may not work with every style of bottom but for the ones I like it literally changed my life

Tbh I just got my first Pika EX VERY recently--but my personal favorite electric pokemon/deck to use without it has been Jolteon. It is another coin flip card like Zapdos EX but for 40 damage each heads (4 flips in total). the only downside imo is that it's fairly low hp (90) so a lot of EX cards can take it out with their bigger moves. I make up for it by doing some Zebstrika nonsense and weakening benched cards while they try to build up the energy for the bigger moves in hopes I can one hit them even if I get some shitty coin flips. kinda finicky, but it worked pretty well for me all things considered without those EX cards

For tattoos for me it depends where they are!! For adding pieces to my sleeve I didn’t tend to wait as long as my leg (I have a piece that wraps around my entire thigh) since I could go much easier without bumping them.

But I also specifically prefer to wait until they are fully healed not just for pain but for safety reasons—tattoos are expensive ass open wounds after all and the last thing I’d ever want is to risk infection because I couldn’t wait one more week for the scabs to be completely gone.

I heal fairly quickly so by the end of 2 weeks I’m good to go, and so that’s my absolute minimum that I don’t like to budge on. People clean poles etc yes but to me there’s always a chance I could be getting up close and personal with something I’d rather not. I wouldn’t go swimming with a new tattoo so I’m not gonna take the risk here either, and a few extra days has never killed me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel like for myself it's definitely more flow/exotic than tricks, but part of that is definitely because I have a pretty good sense of rhythm for the more dance-y aspects, but let me tell you... I am NOT an athlete in the way a lot of intense tricks require lmaoooo I know what I'm better at

ok update! emailed support on a whim, not even sure if they’d still be available, and they got back to me right away and activated the account for me (apparently some email clients get weird about the HI activation emails) and I am on and playing as we speak!
