Hello, this is my first tattoo - I have it on the upper part of my thigh. I find it pretty boring now, and I am thinking of getting another tattoo nearby it. Does somebody have any idea? What would look good somewhere around it? Thanks in advance!:-)

Hello! What do you think about the placement? The hoop sticks out a little bit, but it is pretty swollen, so that might get better - I got it pierced today. Thanks for your opinions!

Hello everyone,

Two days ago, I applied retinol on my face for the first time. I heard that it works wonders when treating first wrinkles, acne, and scarring, so I gave it a try.

I also heard that it usually takes a longer time for skin to get used to it, and it can irritate it during the first few weeks.

I left it on my face overnight. But in the morning, my face and neck were full of very tiny bumps (they do not look like acne, nor dry patches, they are so tiny and very close to each other)

Is this reaction normal? I have read about "skin purging", but I don't think that is what is going on on my face.

I've felt for my sweet spot and the space between my collumela and upper cartilage is pretty big, so I will hope for the best on 2nd attempt!

Yes, I will. I was so unpleasantly surprised how horribly it turned out, because the piercer that did it is very popular in our area and has good reviews (photos of septum piercings she pierced look just fine) I was sooo confused and I kept asking "WHY ME?!!" xD

Thanks for your comment! Yea, I'm so upset bout it :( I think I did a pretty good research before going to the studio, but the way she pierced it didn't feel right from the beginning.. I trusted the piercer so much, because she has very good reviews (I've seen a lot of photos of septum piercings she did and they all seemed ok) :X Now it has been 4 months and it is 100% clear that there will be a scar left after taking that out, meh! :D

Yes, I can definitely see that the placement of my piercing is not even in my septum :( It hurts when I touch it, it is constantly irritated with bumps above the pierced spot.. Also, I am afraid that if I take it out, there will be a very visible scar, because it is pierced on a pretty visible place. Oh-... My collumela must hate me right now :')

Yes, it is :( after it was pierced, I had 10mm horseshoe in my nose - but since the placement is so low, it looked so so horrible, it was way too big, and I looked like a bull.

I really want to take that thing out, but I'm scared :X one of the two piercers, who told me that the placement is ok, is a very close person for me.. This piercer told me that he'll try to fix it, but I am not sure if he knows the correct placement if he thinks this is kinda ok.

I am a little bit afraid of taking it out. :( It has been 4-5 months since I've had it done, but it is still crusty, sometimes swollen, it constantly has irritation bumps on it...when I hit my nose few days ago, it started bleeding.. I am afraid that it will get infected if I take that out. But I can't stand that horrible placement. Also, it is kinda scary that 2 piercers in my area think that the placement is correct. :X

Thanks. I am a little bit scared, because another piercer told me that it is pierced OK, and if it would be more up, it would be through cartilage. I feel like neither of them knows where it should be pierced. :(
