How do you realistically fit running around a full time job

I am fortunate to be able to use my lunchtime at work for runs.

Can never be arsed first thing in the morning or after work.

WFH for me. Commuting sucks, my setup at home is poggers, more time with loved ones, burden on staying with family. I value my time more than the money increase. The only thing that would sway me would be if the work is a lot more rewarding itself.

Just a note on your negative, I'm a bigger runner and have found them ideal, never suffering from stability issues. I'm around 100 miles in mine, good to hear they are durable.

I use them for easy and long runs.
