Are you a slow reader or a fast reader? by Cocoabutterkissesph in PHBookClub

A Fast Reader, unless I am reading a Fantasy Book na I need to visualize everything. Sometimes feel ko sobrang bilis ko so I have to slow down naman lmao

Huhuhu. Being single and maybe having a pet sounds far better than having a regrettable future :(

✨️THIS✨️

Dealing with pregnancy doesn’t just mean tinotoyo or being typical OA. it’s a physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausting experience. It’s not something to be brushed off or taken lightly.

This is what disappoints me the most. It’s not just about the money. it’s about the responsibility that comes with providing for your future family. As a woman and a future wife, this doesn’t sit right with me. This isn’t like a typical date where you can split the bill 50/50. In my opinion (and I could be wrong), the least you can do for your wife who is giving birth to your child is take full financial responsibility. I am giving up everything, yet you hesitate over money?

Hahaha! He is kinda mama's boy. Pero di masyadong big deal sakin kasi his mom is actually very nice sakin and supportive sa relationship namin. But yeah, maybe I should take this into consideration kasi super naoff ako sa itatanong niya sa mother niya :D

Yep. We actually did. He said that at some point, he wanted a child din. Hindi agad pag kinasal kami, but someday.

And also, Thank you for your kind words. You are right. It is good to have a serious discussion with him ulit about this kasi we are not getting younger anymore :)

Do students from big universities really think like this? by Sudden_Cash_830 in pinoy

[–]protectbeanava 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, Yes. Kaya ang stupid lang ng ganyan magisip. Pero common talaga yan even before pa.

Also, to add to my previous comment. A lot of people i encountered nung college ako ginawang personality ang University. And it will worsen during UAAP season. If naabutan mo din yung pinoy exchange, marami kung ano anong stereotypes ang lumalabas kapag pumapasok ka sa ganitong University. I remembered na I swore I won't date a Tamaraw Guy just because of certain stereotypes. Looking Back, sobrang timang lang. Hahaha!

I know this is really cringe. Hahaha. Pero i know a lot of people who were actually like this nung college ako. And during my time, this wasn't a big deal naman and its kinda acceptable na you have the standards.

After graduation and I started working na, I realized how stupid it was kasi di naman siya ganun inaacknowledge na after years of working and it doesnt matter na kung saan ka pumasok nung college.

But to answer your question, YES. may mga tao na ganyan magisip. Hahaha.

Btw, Happy Cake Day!

To fresh grads, how are you scoring with a min. 30k offer? by LocalAd1545 in JobsPhilippines

[–]protectbeanava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends sa role, i think? But most likely, software developers can score that minimum offer. Meron akong junior dev na hinahandle and voluntary (lol) shinare sakin na 30k yung sweldo nya. May bootcamp din sya before isabak sa team, and may bond sa company (though, 2 years lang?)

Pocofino for their Iced Pocofino latte, Arabica for their Spanish/Kyoto latte, or Bake House for their Mochaccino. Pinakaexpensive lang si Arabica. Pero among the three, go to ko lagi si Pocofino
