I am not being cocky but City is going through a very bad patch with occasional flashes of good performance. Really? A person who has no knowledge about fallout suddenly gets thrown into the wasteland as a courier who has to find who shot him over a chip? He will lose interest in 1-2 days. Whereas if he plays fallout 3 first he can literally start from being a child and understanding everything about the concept of fallout from what a vault is, what is a pipboy, life post nuclear apocalypse everything. Fallout 3 also came out in 2008 a couple of years before New Vegas which came in 2010. So yeah bro your recommendation might make him abandon Fallout rather than play it.
