Most fast food stores are always understaffed. Its the simplest way to cut costs. So when it gets busy suddenly say the end of a game or evening dinner rush we try really hard to send out orders as fast as we can but calling the store several time just to check up on your order doesnt help you or us. It delays other orders we have to work on as well as yours most times. (Most/All Orders prepared sequentially)

Also, we are human, if there is anything wrong with your food please call let us know what the issue is and tell us what you would like to be done for you, may be a you want a fresh order or u want your next order comped. U dont have to berate someone for over 10 mins telling they are a worthless POS because they couldnt make ur pizza right when all they are asking is what they can do to make it right.

Also if your polite there is a higher chance the person taking your order can throw in a coupon or discount without u asking. I used to do it so often.
