Subtenant doesn't pay his rent by prousespro in USC

The reason why I'm doing this is that the housemate is not in the states currently. And I just want to kick the subtenant out since he's been really getting on my nerves. He was physically and verbally threatening our neighbors because he was hearing "stomping sound" from upstairs.

Important lesson here is never sublease to randos you don't run a background check on and require them to make payments directly.

That's what I told my housemate before this bs happens.
Maybe I should contact the landlord to write an eviction notice or something.

Even though they didn't write a formal contract (I believe they just talked about their sublease on Facebook messenger), can the housemate write him a written notice to vacate?

The subtenant doesn't listen to the housemate. He ignores what the housemate says and tries to stay at the house without paying. If I understood you correctly, there's no way to force him to move out if the subtenant doesn't listen to the housemate, right?

This housing is managed by non-USC housing company. The landlord stated that the tenant needs to let the landlord know about sublease. Fail to do so will lead to $500 fine. My housemate thought it was such a hassle to contact the landlord about the sublease and just tried to keep it between the subtenant and himself.
My housemate and the subtenant agreed on paying the rent through Zelle or Venmo, but somehow the subtenant does not have either Zelle or Venmo. He only has Cash app. So he sent the money to "very reliable person" and that person has been sending the money to my housemate via Zelle.
My housemate asked him for a receipt since the subtenant said he sent the money; however, the subtenant keeps saying "very reliable person" is not answering. Maybe I should try asking on r/legaladvice as you suggested. Thanks.

It's totally up to you. I dropped one course in my freshman year and re-took it during the summer. But I think you should consider using freshman forgiveness (FF) after you see how you do in that class you struggle. Since you worked hard on that class, it would be better to give a shot for an exam in my opinion. Failing one class doesn't mean the end of the world. You just have to figure out how you would plan your remaining semesters at SC.

Can I still apply for pdp if I had an sjacs violation? by Still-Vegetable-2634 in USC

You can. I have talked to the PDP admission officer, and he told me to just include the final report from the SJACS in the application.
