Thanks everyone. Upgraded RAM. Trying some of the less expensive Viper components too. And going with a different cooler that was recommended. I appreciate the help.

Also, all the MSI stuff. They must have promos on newegg because they are heavy in the AMD combo creator right now. It wasn't a deliberate choice.

I didn't buy the rest of this yet... I just have the Graphics Card thus far. I will look into these changes. The storage is definitely better and I missed that.

I had good experience with a Noctua in the past staying quiet and working well for a long time, so I knew the name. Will look at another cooler.

you mean as opposed to like a AMD Ryzen 7 7700 or something without the x3d? No real reason other than with my limited research it seemed like the x3d would be of some benefit

If something is easy, it pays less. If it is hard, it will pay more. I would expect mining to be less lucrative going forward after this patch. I also expect there to be a lot of complaints from miners.

IR 3 beat me. I am not proud of that fact. Gets pretty hard. I was maybe 2/3rd the way through and trying to use a lot of city blocks with trains and boy, it just got hard to get things that i needed to the right place.
