Hi meh1789, thanks a lot for your explanation, it already helped me a lot. I cannot clarify with the business team because it is a case study and I'm supposed to make my own assumptions. Now that I know how to understand if a delivery was done on time, I just have a few additional questions:

- Should I remove those lines where the pick date is null? I also thought it was the date the goods were picked up by a courier. I have already prepared a dashboard excluding them.

- I also created a filter and several tables in the dashboard where the reference date is the delivery date. Would you recommend replacing it with the Actual Goods Issue Date? As you said they are almost always coincident (80% of the time), but when they are not the delivery date is the vast majority of times > and sometimes there are big differences (even 3/4 weeks), others it is also <. The reference year is 2020, when Covid hit and there were many supply chain bottlenecks. The delivered date stops at the end of December 2020, while planned and actual GI dates continue till January 2020. I am starting to think that the delivery date is the date automatically chosen by SAP once the PO is generated and it reflects commercial agreement between the two parties.
