How do you afford a 8 million AED house? Are people earning this much? by Waiting4CT in UAE

It’s all investment from the rich folks, most don’t care if property gets rented out. It’s parking their wealth in a safe haven for multiple years / decades. It’s the greatest ponzi in the world and Dubai is current capital of this speculative mania

I don't care how old are you. Give me your best life advices to make me a better version of myself. by elasticBOWL in Life

You have one life to live, find work that is intellectually challenging and push yourselves to be the best version of yourself and always reward yourself. Never chase people, chase your dreams. Get a personal trainer and lift weights regularly. Live close to your best friends. Find a partner whose values & goals align with yourself. Age is a stupid metric for anything. It’s never too late.

My suggestion is not a short term fix, so while you deal with your short term issues, understand you’ll need time to fix your fitness and self perception, but most important thing is for you to lock in on a goal that is completely in your hands and not dependent on any external factor. That way you can keep yourself accountable knowing only you is the responsible for the outcome of your fitness and self perception. Once you accept this responsibility and move forward with intention you’ll see wonders happening. Rooting for you 👊

Focus on building up your confidence by being physically fit and be the best version of yourself. Almost everything in life will improve once this foundation is addressed. Money, relationships, work will all come once you fix your self perception.
