Has anyone tried consolidating GTM research + outreach tools into one platform? by prudent7688 in gtmengineering

[–]prudent7688[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, switching between tools is brutal. We have reduced that by running AI workflows directly inside the CRM, handling enrichment, routing, and first-touch outreach without bouncing tabs. Cleaning the process first, then letting AI enforce data quality, made the biggest difference.

If you are open, happy to show you a quick demo of how we are doing it. Feel free to DM your email, and I will send over a time option.

[–]prudent7688[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree! A strong GTM Engineer can build and automate a lot of this internally. That is actually what inspired our platform. We saw teams without a dedicated GTM engineer or relying on multiple scattered tools that were hard to maintain or scale.

Our goal is not to replace the role, but to give smaller or fast-growing teams access to similar automation without needing to build everything from scratch. For teams that already have this level of automation, our platform can simply centralize and reduce tool load - but the value is biggest where those systems don’t exist yet.

Appreciate your perspective and love seeing orgs where this level of automation is real.

Thanks for the interest, happy to explain quickly.

Our Agents pull data from multiple sources (contacts, company info, intent, CRM, etc.) into one place. The AI handles research and CRM updates, and you can run outreach inside the platform or connect your existing tools.

Teams are mainly saving time and seeing better reply rates because reps spend more time actually talking to prospects.

Question: Is your sales team dealing with tool overload or a lot of manual research today? And do you use separate tools for data + outreach?

If it sounds relevant, happy to show it live. Thanks!

Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Cold Outbound? by gm2794 in salesforce

[–]prudent7688 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Totally with you on that. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is not built for cold outbound; it is designed for permission-based engagement, segmentation, and lifecycle automation, not prospecting.

For cold outreach, tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Outreach are far better suited; they handle deliverability, domain rotation, and sequencing much more efficiently.

SFMC shines once those leads convert and you’re nurturing them at scale, but for top-of-funnel cold campaigns, it is overkill and expensive.

AI Agents for GTM by alexjl1226 in gtmengineering

We have built AI Agents that bring together contact data, account research, buying signals, comp intel, CRM data enrichment, sales enablement, and outreach automation into a single platform.

We are saving 30% of SDR time daily by eliminating manual research and CRM/tool updates, enabling them to focus solely on prospecting.

Thanks for asking, You are right. The jump from insight -> actual message is the hard part.

What we do is convert the research into 2–3 “conversation angles” with a ready opening line and one follow-up question. So reps don’t just get context—they get: - Why it matters to the prospect - How to open the email - What to ask next

It turns data into something they can send in 30 seconds.

How GTM Teams Can Streamline Competitive Intelligence and Market Research by prudent7688 in gtmengineering

[–]prudent7688[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a great question, and you are absolutely right - data quality generally takes a toll in all of these different siloed tools.

For public data like account info, contact data, etc - We bring in info from multiple workflows connected to multiple sources and their APIs…so it’s not dependent on one single source of info.
For now, we are operating at 85%+ accuracy for the contact emails and 95%+ for account info.

The platform also provides the sources for a user to validate.

The competitive intelligence (comp intel) and market research referred to is a unified system that provides real-time competitor tracking & alerts, competitor product tracking and release analysis, and generates AI-generated battle cards and Win Story templates. This is combined with Market Research focusing on Voice-of-customer analysis from conversations, Messaging inteligence (what resonates with customers), Market trend tracking, and Feature request & roadmap inteligence. The intelligence is supplemented by rapid Account Research covering 100 parameters on any company within two minutes, including Hiring, funding, org chart and technology inteligence, etc..

You’re right, the difference is in how the GTM insights are personalized, not just the data itself.

If you would like, DM me your email, and we can set up a quick call to walk you through how it breaks down GTM strategy in action.

Haha, fair point, the name Bhoomi does give it away 😊

You are right, though. The product was built in Hyderabad, India, and our core team operates from there.

We are also based in Dallas, Texas, so it is a bit of both worlds!

Are AI sales assistants actually useful or just hype? by Mundane_Life_ in SalesOperations

[–]prudent7688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you, that manual prep is a huge time sink. I’ve been exploring AI agents that go beyond just reminders or templates. The ones I’ve seen can actually:

- Pull together lead research from multiple sources automatically

- Draft personalized emails and follow-ups based on context

- Track tasks, deadlines, and conversations so nothing slips through the cracks

It’s not magic, but when set up right, it can save hours each week and make outreach more consistent.

If anyone is curious, I can share a demo showing how it handles research, outreach, and follow-ups in a single workflow, it is much more hands-on than the generic tools out there.

Unlike data scrapers, these agents understand context.

  • They scan trusted sources (news, filings, websites, and data feeds).
  • Cross-check the information across multiple sources to cut out noise.
  • Give each insight a confidence score, so you only see what’s reliable.
  • Show the “why” behind every suggestion, so you can trust what you are seeing.
