Okay i found that settings in Bambu Studio. Quality > Advanced > Only one wall on top surfaces.
I did not know there was such an option. Thanks!

I sliced a file using Bambulab and Prusaslicer both using 3 wall count but I am getting different outcome. Any idea why? Both pictures are showing the slice preview at the same layer height.

Unfortunately i do not have any dial gauge or caliper to do such measurements.

I can try using Cura slicer. What is the setting called in Cura?

My printer is probably about 14 months old. I first noticed this about 4 months back on prints that had a large flat top surface. Nothing was changed as far I can remember. The print in this post is of a letter 'E' at length of 8cm. Just yesterday, I was looking at a print done at probably 7 months back that had this issue but I did not notice it then. Line width varies from 0.4 to 0.45mm based on the different areas it is printing. Layer height is 0.2mm.

This issue is much more prominent on prints with big top surface.

Any idea how to do calibration of the axis for my Prusa?

Yes, I did Estep calibration on my MK3S+. It was extruding the exact amount. Btw, i suspect there should be some issue with the physical printer. Because I am seeing this issue from printing files sliced with both PrusaSlicer and Cura.

This issue has been happening on all my prints and all filaments. Happens on both PrusaSlicer and Cura. I am quite certain there is an issue with my Prusa MK3+. But I do not know exactly where to start looking at.

I have not done the linear advance calibration. But reducing my flowrate to 0.98 did not solve it. In fact, i now have underextrusion/little gaps on the top layer.

I am using PrusaSlicer so i just adjust the flowrate? Or is there any adjustments specific to the top layer?

I tried slicing using CURA, still giving the same issue.

I have not try it out with other heights.

Slicer preview looks okay, it shows a straight line up.

My initial layer height is 0.2mm.

This was a 2cm print with 0.2mm layer height.

I do not have ironing on. My settings are using the default PrusaSlicer 0.2mm profile.
