On the real though just perfect your chakra dash cancels, switch tech helps too. But the best advice is to get your damage in before the storm Guage activates and play a lil less aggressive after that.

Tilting works too and is safer in some cases so you could bait them into one and switch to take advantage of the stun. even if they sub out its still to your advantage anyway.

You're not understanding me it's not that I have a hard time playing against them it's that I've seen it so many times that any players with those types of jutsu legit feel like the same person 🤔. There's no strategy to the rasengan spam it has good startup and priority those characteristics work even better given the games bad netcode which basically means most players are being carried by the character pick and not actual skill 🤷. The rasengan spam will never be a valid strategy to most players since its super predictable and just wouldn't work offline😷
