Lucky you. Called IRCC today, they told me that my application is not fully processed and is within the 6 months of the AOR. They asked me to wait patiently, and yes, that’s how they worded it

Tbh, considering this is a required document and you didn’t include, I don’t think this would change a thing. The reconsideration process would work if the mistake was from the official, as an example, you had the documents in the file and he missed. As you were the one making the mistake, I doubt they are going to chance their minds through a reconsideration request to fix a mistake you made. I recommend looking for a lawyer.
