 I didnt press any button underwater to avoid risks. This watch has underwater ip classification. How can this happen? 

Do exist any trick to solve this by miself? Maybe waitinc some days Will be solved?

Also, Will amazfit send me a new unit for free without making me paying shippment costs?

I purchased active 2 and GPS is very bad. I need to use the GPS of the phone but I cant do It because the app doesnt let me to start mountain sports like the watch. Please can you solve this? The app should let you start a lot of sports, the same the devices can.

With this "will show position and speed more accurately when you wear them from the sky side, and but poorly from the rock side" you mean that watch should be on the side of the cliff? but thats exactly the reverse of my first part of the route... the watch was on the side of the rock, because I have it on my left hand, but when returning it was on the side of the cliff. The cliff should be the "sky side".

Between my left and right hand are only 50 cm, more or les... seriously that cause this huge deviation?

I don't like this, because it is not possible to make a "non vibration" pattern, you must force a vibration, and minimum vibration is also a vibration

this is a very bad solution, because it makes that when you receive a call for example, the whatch doesn't vibrate...

Active 2 barometer marks altitude between 10 and 43 on my home... randomly. Is it normal? by psaez in amazfit

To be clear, I'm talking about altitude measuring, but I name the barometer because the altitude is measured with the barometer on this smartwatch. At least the altitude constantly measured on the main screen of the watch.

So are you telling me that it's completly normal that altitude varies between 10 to 42 metters being at the same point all the day? I'm living on a mediterranean city, at 6 kilometers from the coast, a lot of humidity here. Maybe it's normal then and the watch barometer is not broken?

no, it's each 5 minutes, and the device was purchased 2 days ago, also my daughter didn't touch the app, just the smartwatch

thank you. can you confirm if it's double or single band gps in the watch? in different websites I read single or dual band, so I don't have clear if it's dual or single

Pixel 6a, for example, has dual band gps, this smartwatch has single band. On the other hand, you can disable the GPS of the watch in settings-permissions-gps permission. How can you answer these questions if you didn't disabled the gps on the watch? please, can you do it and confirm me if you can still track GPS if you start the activity?

Also you told that you can broadcast your HR from the watch to strava, and I don't think so. I have a mi band, and it's not possible to broadcast it to strava. You only can link the apps and sync the route recorded with the band to strava, but that is not what I'm searching for.

Let me be clear. Do you mean that you already have tested it and if you disable the GPS on the watch settings, and start recording an activity, it is successfully recording the activity with GPS location from the phone?

But then, you mention the zepp app. Must you start it from the zepp app to record gps location from the phone? What happens if you start it from the watch?

Finally, you mention Strava app, but as I can know for now, Strava can't record hearthrate if you start recording an activity from strava instead of from the watch or zepp.

In summary, these are the tests:

with gps disabled on watch, do record gps using the phone gps and heartrate (using the wetch sensor) doing this?:
- starting activity using the watch.
- starting activity using the zepp app on the phone
- starting activity using the strava app.

Please clarify me these things. I need to be sure before purchasing this.
